All proceeds from the 5x7 Art Sale support the Visual Arts Conservatory at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. We appreciate the donors, artists, faculty, students and community for supporting the 5x7, championing the arts, and investing in our students and faculty.

Check out the details below, fill out a contact form, or email us at btw5x7@gmail.com for more information. Our third annual 5x7 Art Sale is Saturday, January 24 from 5-7 p.m. at 2720 Bataan Street in Dallas’ Tin District. The Art Sale is open to the public and entry is free.

The doors open to the public at 5 p.m. , but as a Headliner Sponsor, you and four guests will gain early entry to the Art Sale. Headliner Sponsors will receive ten drink tickets and can browse the art from 4-5 p.m. before the Art Sale begins. You will also be recognized in all event collateral, including our website, social media and newsletter, and in the swag bag buyers take home after the event.

HEADLINER SPONSOR - $1000

The doors open to the public at 5 p.m. , but as a Patron Sponsor, you and two guests will gain early entry to the Art Sale. Patron Sponsors will receive six drink tickets and can browse the art from 4-5 p.m. before the Art Sale begins. You will also be recognized in all event collateral, including our website, social media and newsletter, and in the swag bag buyers take home after the event.

PATRON SPONSOR - $500

The doors open to the public at 5 p.m. , but with a $50 donation, you will gain early entry to the Art Sale. VIPs will receive two drink tickets and can browse the art from 4-5 p.m. before the Art Sale begins.

VIP - $50

General admission to the Art Sale is free and open to the public. We’ll have light bites and drinks available for purchase. General admission doors open at 5 p.m. If you’d like early admission, consider a sponsorship or VIP pass to view the art from 4-5 p.m. before the sale begins. See you Saturday, January 24 at 2720 Bataan Street. On-street parking is available throughout the Tin District.
